Expresso Italiano and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Expresso Italiano believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Expresso Italiano and its subsidiaries.
- Privacy Policy
- Expresso Italiano needs your name, address, telephone and credit card numbers to process your order safely and accurately. Rest assured that such personal information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality by our personnel. It will not be used to solicit further business from you unless you specifically authorize us to do so, and will never, now or in the future, be exchanged or sold to any other company, organization or individual. When you authorize us to contact you via email for upcoming special offers or promotions by checking the provided box in the order form (the box will be checked by default), you will be added to our internal mailing list and may occasionally receive an email from us, detailing new products introduced and/or seasonal items or special offers. This is strictly an Expresso Italiano internal mailing list and will never be exchanged or sold to any other company, organization or individual. If you change your mind about your inclusion into this mailing list, you can opt out of it at any time by sending us an email with your request to be removed, and we will do so within 48 hours. - Shipping & Delivery
- All orders will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days if placed before 2 p.m. PST, if placed after 2 p.m. PST (5 p.m. EST), orders will ship out within 1-3 business days. Therefore, please remember that an order placed on Friday afternoon cannot be shipped until the following Monday.
- Sales Tax
- Sales taxes of 7.75% will be added on all orders shipped within the State of California (except on purchases of coffee and other food products not subject to sales tax). Sales taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed on your order form prior to final order confirmation.
- Warranties
- All coffee and Expresso machines come with limited warranties. See products for exact warranty. Expresso Italiano will repair or replace all Lavazza Expresso Point machines without charge, provided that the owner has proof of date of purchase of equipment. The following is covered within the one year warranty period on Lavazza Expresso Point machines: • Full Diagnostic of machine • Full internal and external cleaning of machine • Check of all working parts and replacement of parts if necessary as a result of defective materials of workmanship All Lavazza Expresso Point machines are warranted against defective materials or workmanship. The warranty is considered void if the product has been damaged by accident, during shipment, as a result of unreasonable use, neglect, improper service, repairs by unauthorized personnel or as a result of using non-purified or filtered water. This one year warranty is effective only if the product was purchased from Expresso Italiano and does not extend to units that were purchased from other distributors or from any online unsolicited vendor such as Ebay.
- Return Policy
- Our policy is simple: if you are not satisfied with the product you received for any reasons, please let us know by calling our office within 30 days of receipt of the product at 1-888-A-JAVA-4-U, and we will either substitute it at no charge or refund your purchase in full (including freight charges) by crediting your credit card account. For all returned merchandise (coffee and equipment) returned within 30 days, a restocking fee will apply. Restocking fees are as follows: • 15% restocking fee on all Un-opened boxes of coffee or cartridges • 50% restocking fee on all machines Open boxes of coffee and cartridges are not returnable. If we do need you to return a product because it is found to be defective (equipment) and/or expired, we ask that you pay for the return freight to us and we will reimburse you for the freight to your account.
